designated services, or by the minute if desired. Standard services

What if my web browser isn't working correctly?
- Call us at 303-255-7947. Many times, we can walk you thru
connecting in a diagnostic mode that will allow us to fix the
problems remotely.
Who actually performs my remote support?
- We do - our local technicians right from our Denver office.
Unlike some remote support services, we don't outsource this to some
offshore giant.
Is remote support secure?
- Yes. Our remote support tools encrypt data that is transmitted
between your systems and our server. Also, the connection is direct
- between your system and ours. Unlike many remote support services,
no third party connections are needed. Further, nobody comes in your
home, and your computer never leaves home.
After the remote session, can my computer be accessed remotely?
- No. The remotes session must be initiated by you. Ending the
session removes the software that allows for remote support, so any
subsequent access would need to be re-initiated by you by clicking
the Get Help Now link again.
Can viruses and spyware be fixed remotely?
- Yes. In fact, this is often better than onsite service because
the time required to scan a system and remove viruses and spyware
can exceed what can be economically provided onsite.

problem can be done remotely. Unless your computer won't power on,
we can likely help remotely. This is a great way get help with email
