The classic issue resolution begins with a call from a client after an issue is identified.  A service call from a technician is scheduled, at best as soon the technician can get to the site.  Depending on the issue, a follow-up service call may be required to implement the solution after the correct parts or software is obtained.  This results in significant downtime and higher than optimal service cost to the client.

By leveraging remote service delivery and asset monitoring, CTS can provide the initial response within minutes, often identifying problems with automated alerts before our clients are even aware of them.  If parts or software are required, our clients do not incur the cost (or lost time) of a trip to the site to identify the problem or parts needed.

Managed Backup
